Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using IBLOX HUB's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
Services
IBLOX HUB provides Web Development, Web Design, Brand Identity Design, SEO and Digital Visibility, Website Redesign and Optimization, and Website Maintenance and Support services. The specific scope of work will be outlined in individual project agreements.
Project Agreements
Each project will be governed by a separate agreement that includes:
- Scope of work and deliverables
- Timeline and milestones
- Payment terms
- Intellectual property rights
- Revision and approval process
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Typically, we require a 50% deposit before starting work and the remaining 50% upon project completion. Late payments may incur additional fees.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables created specifically for your project. We retain the right to use project work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing necessary content, materials, and information
- Timely feedback and approvals
- Ensuring they have rights to all provided materials
- Making payments according to agreed terms
Revisions and Changes
The number of revisions included in your project will be specified in your project agreement. Additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
Project Timeline
We strive to meet all agreed-upon deadlines. However, timelines may be affected by delays in client feedback, content provision, or unforeseen technical challenges.
Warranties and Disclaimers
We warrant that our work will be performed professionally and in accordance with industry standards. However, we do not guarantee specific results such as search engine rankings or conversion rates.
Limitation of Liability
IBLOX HUB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In case of termination, payment will be due for work completed up to the termination date.
Confidentiality
We will keep all client information confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which IBLOX HUB operates.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
